We hereby inform you that we have installed a video surveillance system inside and outside the company’s offices. The recording and management of the recorded material are carried out in compliance with the applicable legal and regulatory framework.

The material collected is used solely for the security of the company’s premises and fixed equipment, as well as for the protection of the integrity of employees and other natural persons visiting the company’s premises from third-party attacks, and from the risk of personal data breaches or confidential information protected under professional secrecy obligations.

In cases where a natural person is identified, the images are treated as personal data.

Recordings from the video surveillance system are stored securely. The storage of the recorded material is carried out in a way that ensures the integrity of the information

The company informs its partners and other natural persons visiting its premises, through appropriate signage, that the areas are monitored by a video surveillance system.

Disclosure of the material recorded by the video surveillance cameras is carried out when required and always in accordance with the purposes for which the system has been put into operation.

The management of the system and the viewing of the recorded material are monitored only by authorized company personnel (Facility Security Officers) and by the contracted security service provider.

The company retains the recorded material for the period required to fulfill the purpose of recording. More specifically, the recorded material is stored on recording devices for up to seven (7) days.

Natural persons have the right to request a copy of any recorded material in which they appear and are clearly identifiable. If the request is valid and permissible, the company, in accordance with the Data Subject Information Procedure, will send the requested material to the applicant within 30 days from confirmation of receipt of the request, provided that the retention period of the material has not expired.

You may also object at any time to the processing of your personal data, including requesting in writing the rectification, temporary restriction of use, blocking, non-disclosure, or deletion of your data. If you object, we are obliged to cease processing unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for processing that override your interests, rights, and freedoms, or where processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.

To exercise your above rights or for any questions regarding the processing of your data, you may contact the company’s Data Protection Officer (DPO) at: dpo@aambience.gr
